Blading

Process of scraping the soft tissues of the body

Blading is the process of using tools to scrap the soft tissues of the body. The tools can be applied to different areas of the body, in a variety of patterns and with varying degrees of pressure to achieve a specific goal.

Blading creates a microtrauma to the tissue, which starts the healing process and promotes healthy tissue remodeling.

Blading is great for breaking up scar tissue. It also helps with relaxation, sore muscles, trigger points and poor flexibility.
