Cupping

Process of attaching silicone cups to the body

Cupping is the process of attaching silicone cups to various areas of the body.

This is a form of decompressive therapy, meaning it is pulling up on the hide. This process lifts up on the tissues underneath, unlike many therapies that push down on it. This is beneficial because it creates space, which increases circulation (Blood, nutrients and lymph) and removes pressure off of the pain receptors that are found in the skin.

Cupping helps with relaxation, sore muscles, scar tissue, poor flexibility, trigger points, and acupressure point activation.
